THE USE OF “SOFT SKILLS” IN LANGUAGE TEACHING
Abstract
One of the main goals of the higher education system is undoubtedly to prepare specialists who can effectively serve the labor market in their work activities. The process of globalization, the development of production technologies, information and communication technologies, which are recognized as the fourth industrial revolution, have made a huge contribution to the emergence of new forms of work, the reshaping of work structures, the development of service and manufacturing sectors, which, in turn, has had an impact on the labor market.
